We started @samsuan.dessertparlour, learning from Thai farmers and celebrating their ingredients. Our first star? A chiffon cake made with Ratchaburi namhom coconut and Pattani jaggery.

Today, our journey stretches from northern coffee hills to southern seas, working with people who live closely with the land and water. We honor their care by giving each ingredient the time and respect it deserves - and sharing it with you.
